User Data Deletion Instructions
These instructions explain how to request deletion of applicable personal information associated with website inquiries, quote or audit requests, marketing records, account records, client portal or Command Center records where applicable, uploaded information, connected third-party integrations, and Facebook or Instagram connections.
Ways to request deletion
- Disconnect an integration from the relevant account or Command Center interface when that functionality is available.
- Remove the Battle Bound application through applicable third-party platform settings, such as Meta account or business settings.
- Email a deletion request to austinbrower@battleboundbranding.com.
What to include in an email request
To help us locate the right records, include your name, business or organization name when relevant, the email address associated with the service, the relevant account, Page, project, or integration, and a clear description of what you want deleted.
Do not email passwords, access tokens, secret keys, complete payment-card details, government identification unless specifically and securely requested, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials.
Verification and scope
Battle Bound may request reasonable information to confirm your identity, account ownership, or authority to act for a business or connected integration. Depending on the request and applicable exceptions, deletion may include contact records, account mappings, access and refresh tokens, imported integration data, stored content, uploaded files, analytics identifiers where reasonably identifiable, and Command Center connection records.
Possible exceptions
Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary to complete an active contract, process a transaction, maintain tax, accounting, or legal records, resolve disputes, detect fraud, enforce agreements, protect security, comply with law, preserve records subject to legal hold, or maintain deidentified or aggregated information. Deleted data may remain temporarily in restricted backups until normal backup expiration or overwrite.
Verified deletion requests will be handled within a reasonable period and within any time required by applicable law.
Meta deletion: Facebook and Instagram
For Facebook Pages, Instagram professional or business accounts, or related Meta business assets connected to the Battle Bound Command Center, you may disconnect Facebook or Instagram in the Command Center when available, remove the Battle Bound application through Meta account settings, or email Battle Bound with enough information to locate the connected business account.
Applicable Meta tokens, account mappings, and imported Meta data will be deleted subject to legitimate retention exceptions described above. For more detail, read the Privacy Policy.
